Walk-ins are welcome for quick battery and reseal appointments. For chronograph servicing or self-winding work, a short message ahead of time helps us set aside proper bench time for your piece.

How long does a full chronograph service take?
Chronograph work typically takes three to four weeks depending on parts availability. We'll confirm the expected timeframe once we've assessed the watch, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
What does the service warranty cover?
Chronograph service work carries a 12-month warranty on the work performed. If the same function we serviced gives trouble within that period, we'll look at it again without an additional charge. The warranty covers the service itself, not wear, impact, or water damage.
Can you assess my watch before I commit to a full service?
Yes. We'll look at the watch and tell you what we find — what needs work and what doesn't. That assessment is complimentary. You decide whether to proceed.
Is the battery replacement water-resistant safe?
Every battery service includes a fresh gasket and a basic water-resistance check. This covers everyday conditions. If you regularly dive or swim with your watch, let us know and we can discuss whether a more thorough pressure test is appropriate.
